Hey there! we're excited to share the best of Korean skincare with you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

 

🚚 SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand.

 

📦 Shipping from Australia

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
During busy periods, please allow up to 1–2 business days for dispatch.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our base in Perth, WA.  
Shipping rates include tracking. Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you.  
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

 

📬 Australia

- Standard Shipping:  $9.90 AUD flat rate — *Free for orders over $99 AUD*  
- Express Shipping:  $14.90 AUD flat rate — *Free for orders over $199 AUD*  

📦 Estimated Delivery:
- Standard: 2–6 business days  
- Express: 1–3 business days

 

🌍 New Zealand

- Standard International Shipping: NZD $21.95 — 6–10 business days  
- Express International Shipping: NZD $43.95 — 3–6 business days

We're working on free NZ shipping — but in the meantime, enjoy our launch pricing on products!

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.  
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a reasonable timeframe, feel free to contact us.

 

Delays or Delivery Issues

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Public holidays
- Remote locations
- Customs processing (for NZ orders)
- Courier delays

Once your order has left our hands, we rely on the courier networks — but we’ll do everything we can to help if your parcel is delayed or goes missing.

 

📮 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.  
If you notice a mistake after purchase, contact us ASAP.

If the parcel has already shipped, we may be unable to change the address or retrieve the parcel. In these cases, K-BEAU is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

🏠 Local Pickup (Perth, WA)

Yes! We offer **free local pickup** for customers in Western Australia.

Pickup Location:
165 Melville Parade, Como WA 6152  
(You'll receive instructions via email once your order is ready)

How it works:
1. Choose Local Pickup at checkout.  
2. Wait for your ‘Ready for Pickup’ confirmation email before coming.  
3. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.  
4. Need someone else to collect for you? Just reply to your confirmation email to let us know in advance.

 

Pickup Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 10am to 5pm  
(Weekends & Public holidays pickups available by requestdrop us a line)
