🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At K-BEAU, we’re committed to making your skincare experience smooth and stress-free. While we do our best to deliver high-quality products every time, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.
🧴 Skincare Product Returns
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind — even if the product is unopened.
However, in some special cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion. If approved, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Store credits are issued as digital gift cards or discount codes.
❌ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@k-beau.com.au. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. In these cases, we will comply with your rights and resolve the issue promptly.
📦 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For approved change-of-mind returns (where store credit is offered), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are only issued for products that are faulty or legally required to be refunded.
- For approved change-of-mind cases, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or discount code.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
📝 Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds or store credit for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions.
