🚚 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does K-BEAU shipping take in Australia?
A: We’re all about glow, not about wait times. Orders usually land in 2–5 business days for metro areas and up to 7 business days for regional Australia.

Q: Do you ship Korean skincare to New Zealand?
A: Yep, your glow can hop across the ditch! Express Shipping takes between 3-6 business days, and Standard NZ shipping takes 6-10 business days, depending on the courier gods.

Q: Does K-BEAU ship internationally?
A: Not yet — we currently ship across Australia & New Zealand only. But we’re working with other couriers on global options.

Q: Can I pick up my K-BEAU order in Perth?
A: Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. Glow-to-go ✔️

Q: How do I track my K-BEAU order?
A: As soon as your goodies ship, you’ll get a tracking link in your inbox. Click anytime to follow your glow in real time. Alternatively, you can track your orders here.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return Korean skincare if I change my mind?
A: Sorry, skincare is personal (and hygiene matters) — so we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. But don’t stress: if your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law and we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
A: Snap a photo 📸 and email us or use our instant chat (bottom left corner of the website). We’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Q: How do I request a refund from K-BEAU?
A: If your order qualifies (faulty, damaged, or incorrect), just fill out the returns form in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Note: All returns and refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Q: What payment methods does K-BEAU accept?
A: All the usual suspects: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Q: Can I use Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) for K-BEAU orders?
A: Glow now, pay later? Yes — you can use PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout. Afterpay and Zip aren’t available yet (but we’re working on it!).

Q: Do I need a K-BEAU account to shop?
A: Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account means faster checkout + tracking all your glow goals.

Q: How do I manage my K-BEAU subscription?
A: Log into your account and head to Manage Subscription. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime — your glow, your rules.

Q: Can I pause or skip a K-BEAU subscription delivery?
A: Yep! Just log in, hit “Skip” or “Pause,” and relax. We’ll keep your glow waiting.

Q: Does K-BEAU sell gift cards?
A: We do! Digital gift cards (aka Glow Cards) are available in multiple values — the perfect gift when you don’t know their skin type but still want to nail it. 🎁

Q: Are K-BEAU products authentic Korean skincare?
A: 100%. All our products are sourced from trusted Korean suppliers, backed by supplier certificates of authenticity. No fakes, no funny business — just legit glow.

Q: Are K-BEAU products safe for teenage skin?
A: Yes — most routines are teen-friendly, and we even have Teen bundles curated just for young skin.

Q: Are K-BEAU products cruelty-free?
A: Yes! 🐰 We only stock cruelty-free brands. Your glow never comes at someone else’s expense.

Q: How do I know which K-BEAU skincare routine is right for me?
